We work closely with our clients to inform them about autonomous vehicles and how they unlock their value and mitigate any risks. This working relationship will allow us to provide seminars, presentations, tailored reports and in-person support.
As we transition from conceptual discussions to implementation possibilities we are also able to assist in supporting any requirements needed to progress planning cycles or investment strategies. We also plan to work as bridge between industry and government/municipalities to ensure a smooth transition to implementing new phases of Autonomous Vehicles.
Whatever transition and implementation strategy is formed, we plan on offering a range of involvement from directional support to turn-key service. We expect multiple deployment cycles over the next decade as step changes of autonomous vehicle capabilities are achieved by the auto sector.
We will also provide support in operation of these new waves of autonomous vehicles including training programs, long-term/embedded support, and service/maintenance schedules.
Depending on the specific needs or operating environments of our clients we plan on providing support for any software and hardware add-ons. Software updates may be required within the vehicle to suit specific needs or updates may be required with mobile/IT infrastructure to unlock full potential.
We foresee hardware upgrades being required for the specific tasks our clients will be requiring. These hardware add-ons could range to OEM, stock supply or one off designs, in all cases we will assist in ensuring the autonomous vehicle is correctly fitted for its task.
With the timelines suggested by auto manufactures it will be a challenge to meet the broad range of infrastructure required for autonomous vehicle deployment. Success for us is for Alberta and western Canada to be successful in transitioning by focusing on the right projects at the right time.
Our understanding of autonomous Vehicle’s technical systems, taxonomy, and homologation allows us to understand the implications of new systems that will come into the market place whether they are OEM or aftermarket related and with respect to vehicle or infrastructure changes.
Autonomous vehicles is unchartered territory, it will benefit society to have clear direction from our leaders and institutions on what is required and expected in this new environment. We believe this guidance will also help unlock the potential autonomous vehicles have to offer sooner and safer.
Core to our beliefs is that autonomous vehicles should be available to all of society along with a clear understanding of the facts around them. We will endeavor to keep the public informed through our social media platforms and any other platforms made available to us.
